The XRD C-Tech X-ray Tube is designed and optimized for PANalytical's older generation of XRD diffractometers.
It is a ceramic version of the XRD Glass Tube, exhibiting the same wide range of applications whereby the ceramic technology enables better focal spot positioning. Like the glass tube, C-Tech will fit into any diffractometer brand.
