X-ray Tubes

PANalytical is the only X-ray equipment supplier with its own tube factory. This facility has more than 30 years of experience, and has all relevant technologies in-house:

• glass and metal-ceramic
• low, medium and high power (10 -  4000 Watt)
• various high voltages (30 - 60 – 100 – 160 kV)
• side window, end window, target transmission
• various focus types (broad, normal, fine and mini focus)
• many anode types (a.o. Sc, Ti, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Cu, Mo, Rh, Ag, Gd, W, Au)

By having X-ray tube manufacturing under our own control, continuous innovation and performance improvement of X-ray sources is guaranteed. PANalytical offers a wide range of X-ray tubes, for XRF and XRD as well as for other industrial applications like inspection, non-destructive testing (NDT) and gauging. Next to our standard models, X-ray tubes can be customized according to specific demands. X-ray tubes can be ordered as single items, but also in small or large quantities based on volume contracts.
