Zetium in automation

Easy interface, flexible integration

To integrate a Zetium spectrometer with a belt conveyor system, installations can include inverters fitted on either the left- and/or right-hand side where necessary. Belts can connect at different heights and from various directions. It is also possible to place the conveyor feed directly into the sample changer area.
For integration with robotic systems, back-feed units are available that allow a clear and secure separation of the robot from a manual operator approaching the spectrometer from the front.

Preconfigured automation solutions

Many PANalytical systems are designed to meet specific industry automation challenges.
A preconfigured combination system incorporates a Zetium spectrometer and a CubiX3 diffractometer in the TWIN system, thus fully integrating the power of XRF and XRD and providing more complete sample characterization. The possibility to run the individual units separately, or use them as a single integrated system, gives the greatest flexibility.
Additionally, Axios FAST’s dedicated software and hardware interfaces allow flexible connection to sample transport devices and host computers, for fully automated analysis. Axios FAST is also the basis of the
TEAMworks (total element analyzing module) solution
designed for the steel- and metals sectors.
