From discovery to scale-up
Our Empyrean, X’Pert³ MRD (XL) and X’Pert³ Powder multipurpose X-ray diffractometers are designed to be used for demanding research environments. They can be quickly configured without laborious realignment procedures for a variety of samples and applications. Methods can be developed on these machines, and transferred to our production control tools if needed. Production processes involving phase changes can be simulated in our non-ambient chambers while diffractograms are being recorded. For regulated environments, we offer qualification documents and audit trailing software to adhere to company’s 21 CFR Part 11 compliancy processes.
With the Zetium sequential spectrometers, you can quickly obtain an overview of the elemental composition of your sample over virtually the entire periodic table. If you are interested in heavier elements only, the Epsilon 3X spectrometers are a better choice.
Epsilon 1 is a fully integrated energy dispersive XRF analyzer consisting of a spectrometer, built-in computer and touch screen, offers cost-effective, precise and accurate data with minimal operator dependence and sample preparation.
