SAXS, USAXS, WAXS all make use of the zero background and multiple modes available on the PIXcel3D, giving your results a truly competitive edge. For GISAXS, PIXcel3D enables high-resolution sample studies at lab intensities, providing entry into a world that was once the exclusive domain of the synchrotron. Similarly, the frame-based data collection lends itself to methods such as CT, which once required dedicated instruments. New data processing methods are continuously evolving, the latest of which is ultra-fast reciprocal space mapping (URSM) in which every pixel strip contributes unique (Qx,Qy) values in the data set for a reciprocal space map.
