PANalytical Customers help sponsor Save the Children projects
PANalytical will shortly be inviting all their customers to take part in their yearly Global Customer Satisfaction Survey. PANalytical puts the customer at the center of its business and customer satisfaction is a fundamental business driver. Customer satisfaction surveys are therefore a key instrument in measuring our performance and identifying improvement areas.
Traditionally PANalytical has donated €5.00 to a chosen charity for every completed survey. PANalytical generated €7000 from our Global Customer Satisfaction Survey 2013 for the charity Save the Children. We are pleased to inform you of some of the Save the Children educational activities PANalytical, with your help, was able to sponsor in 2014.
In 2014, Save the Children carried out various educational projects in eg. Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Haiti, India, Liberia, Uganda, Pakistan and South Sudan. With these projects Save the Children have been able to reach thousands of children in primary education.
We would like to highlight one educational project which has been carried out in Pakistan and was completed in November 2014. In this program, in the province of Baluchistan, Save the Children established 105 kindergartens and renovated 200 schools (installing toilets). In addition, Save the Children has supported the provincial branch of the Ministry of Education in improving the budgeting, planning and implementation. 1,100 Teachers have been trained in child-friendly education, child protection and nutrition and health in schools and 300 teachers received training in the area of preschool education. This project alone has positively impacted more than 100,000 students over a five year period.
We appreciate our customer feedback in our yearly survey which also enables us to help more children in the coming year.
