Exploring nano-sized materials with X-ray diffraction

This webinar presents application examples to characterize geometrical and behavioral properties of nano-sized materials using a wide variety of XRD techniques and SAXS on one laboratory instrument. Analysis results from several interesting experiments featuring determination of particle sizes and size distribution, pore size and active surface area in a variety of dispersion media, as well as in situ crystallization monitoring will be shown and discussed.
